Terms of Service
Last updated: June 2026
1. Agreement
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the EnerLogic platform operated by EnerLogic Pty Ltd (ABN 37 682 984 318, ACN 682 984 318). By accessing or using our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
2. Description of service
EnerLogic provides a personalised energy analysis and electrification planning service. We read your electricity usage data (with your consent via the Consumer Data Right), analyse your consumption patterns, and generate a plan covering retailer switching, solar and battery sizing, load optimisation, gas removal, and building envelope improvements.
Our service is informational and advisory. We are not an electricity retailer, installer, or financial advisor. Savings estimates are based on modelled projections from your actual data and published tariffs; actual savings may vary.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and have authority over the electricity connection (as account holder or authorised representative) to use our CDR data access features. Our service is currently available in NSW, VIC, QLD, and SA.
4. Your account
You create an account by providing your email address. Access is via email-based one-time passcode (OTP) — no passwords. You are responsible for maintaining the security of the email address associated with your account.
5. CDR consent and data
By authorising CDR access, you consent to EnerLogic reading your electricity usage data as described in our Privacy Policy. This access is:
- Strictly read-only
- Limited to the scope you authorise
- Revocable at any time
- Subject to the Consumer Data Right rules
6. Fees
The EnerLogic service is free for residential consumers. We earn revenue through referral fees from vetted installers when you choose to proceed with a recommended installation. We do not earn fees from your energy bills or from selling your data.
7. Accuracy and limitations
While we strive for accuracy, our analysis is based on modelled projections. Key limitations include:
- Solar production estimates depend on roof data availability and accuracy
- Retailer plan rates may change after our analysis
- Actual appliance efficiency may differ from modelled values
- Building envelope assessments are based on self-reported home profile data
We recommend obtaining professional quotes before making significant investment decisions.
8. Intellectual property
The EnerLogic platform, analysis engine, and all associated content are the intellectual property of EnerLogic Pty Ltd. Your personalised plan is yours to keep and share, but the underlying methodology and engine remain ours.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, EnerLogic is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service or reliance on our analysis. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any consumer guarantee under the Australian Consumer Law.
10. New Energy Tech Consumer Code
EnerLogic operates in accordance with the principles of the New Energy Tech Consumer Code (NETCC) and is committed to fair, transparent dealings with all consumers.
11. Changes to terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified via email to your registered address. Continued use after notification constitutes acceptance.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
